the museum is really great with everythin inside, the natural history section (creepy crawlies, sea animals, rainforest, etc), mind and soul section, transportation section, human body parts section and the victoria state history section...its just incredible... im gonna just stop talking and show u the amazing things that are featured in the museum...
and the sea animals area has some really good preserved sea animals in the container (*unlike the ones in my bio lab last time that cant even see whats inside the container coz the liquid was too murky =,=...
and some deep sea specimens...
and theres a huge tank with giant squid specimen in it...cool!!..squid sushi anyone?!..lolx
and there comes my favourite section...the dinosaur skeleton section...really impressive as ive never seen real dino skeletons and theres non in malaysia national museum...probably the peninsula of malaysia hadnt been formed in the prehistoric period and thats why theres none in my country...
and the rainforest within the museum reminds me of kl international airport (klia) coz the similar kinda gesture of putting a rainforest in the middle of the building, serving as a focal point, was duplicated...anyhow...it makes me miss malaysia even more lolx..guess when im homesick i'll come for a walk in melbourne museum next time (and no!...im not living on the tree back in malaysia!)and the mirror that makes me taller :)..
some extruded blocks with melbourne history graphical art being casted onto it from projectors above...
can u feel the holiness?!...lolx
and then theres this symbol of australia with real kangaroo and emu specimens placed at its sides...
an ancient dwelling model house in victoria...
too bad i wasnt having enough time to discover the entire museum...just managed to take a shot of the ancient ships from the mezzanine floor and another shot of windmills...i'll b back!!!
and below was what i was wearing yesterday :)
topman's b/w stripes cardigan, sisley homme's grey/w striped t-shirt, giordano's black scarf, topman's red skinny belt, jay jay's black skinny jeans
How often you swim??? *mentally calculating*
