me being a 'zoologist' part 1

being a zoologist was my childhood dream and since im already in the architecture world now..maybe i can implement the things that i dreamt to be like into my design nex time ..hmmm not a bad idea ehh...

so just to re-live my childhood dream i went to melb zoo for a visit last friday lolx....its quite close to my place and ive been here for almost a year now and i've only paid a visit last friday haha..theres this 'free-range' peacock running around the zoo like nobody's business...check out the pics below

giant tortoise...it loves carrot...if u carry one in ur hand i'll follow wherever u go!

rattle snake...it was sleeping at that time so the 'hissing' sound cant b heard..

and lizard...love the pic...the pose of the lizard is great!

and the endangered tortoise...very tiny and cute...

awesome chameleon with 360 degrees turning eyes...

cool blue poisonous frog from south america..not sure if its poison arrow frog (the ones frm Apocalypto) coz that was in orange...aww..the geek in me is back to life! lolx...

green boa...the eyes are mysterious...

some weird lizards...

my favourite lizard of all...gila monster...not the 'gila' in malay language...its one of the two venomous lizards in the world....im not sure about the other venomous lizard...might b komodo but it just has mouth full of dangerous bacteria....

and the lizard that lives happily ever after with a tortoise...lolx

and this cute mouse type of animal...sorry i forgot the name lol..i think it appears in 'madagascar' as well...

and..meet Melman the giraffe haha!!...

and my favourite ostrich!!...when i was young i told my dad i wanna rear an ostrich to use as my transport to school lolxz and my sis was so scared coz she thought my dad was gona buy me one since im the youngest lolx....in the end of course a no =_=...but i'm not gona give up...i'll rear an ostrich nex time when i have my own farm :)

and orang utan was having a 'releasing' session ....
